2 days ago James Burgett was on 100% oxygen (not breathing on his own at all) and had a collapsed lung with severe episodes of his blood pressure bottoming out. The swelling of his brain was reaching pressure levels as high as 24 (0ver 10 is life threatening).
Today his ventilator has been removed and he has been up out of bed and talking! He is still in ICU for observation but doctors are claiming a miracle and many members of hospital staff have been stopping by his room to see the miracle. James went from being in a coma with severe traumatic brain injuries to near full recovery in five days! Due to facebook James' story has reached 1000's of prayer warriors who have been diligently praying all week! God is amazing!

James Burgett, 25, of Santa Paula was gunned down by a vehicle driven by people robbing his house on Monday morning at 4:30 am. James suffered traumatic head injuries and his fighting for his life in the ICU at Ventura County Medical Center. James is the oldest of 5 kids of Sharon Barker Tubbs of Santa Paula. Sharon has had to cope with many traumatic situations over the years. Please pray for her and her son James and their family. They are a strong Christian family and trust God.

Hali Metelak update: Hali has undergone two series of Chemo and will need to have four more....they are five days each and grueling. Continue to pray for complete recovery and strength for her family.

Please pray for my family. To make a long story short, my parents and sister have had financial troubles for a long time. My sister has a 10-year-old daughter, and their difficulties have become serious. She was out on disability and will be going back to work soon, but is worried about her job. Her income is vital to my parents, and they can't afford their rent this month. I'm not asking for money, but I do ask that you please pray for them. Please ask the Lord to intervene and not just for the short term, but that He'll provide an income for them that will be sufficient to keep them from having to scrape for money each week. Please ask God to have mercy on them and on my husband and me too, because the stress of worrying about my loved ones has been putting stress on our marriage. Please ask the Lord to help us all, to save our family, and to please make all of this just stop. Thank you, God bless, I am very grateful for your prayers
